Flavour enhancers are used in a range of foods including soups, sauces, savoury snacks, prepared meals, and condiments. Forum offer a wide range of flavour enhancement ingredients particularly to the savoury sector. Most recently, savoury flavour enhancers have been particularly useful in sodium or salt reduction applications, but can also offer high impact, long lasting richness of flavour.
