Forum Food specialises in both functional and commodity food ingredients with technological and physiological functionality.

Our functional ingredients are used mainly in the improvement of the nutritional aspects of food products, allowing customers to develop products that are lower in calories, salt, sugar, GI, or high in fibre, minerals, etc.
